Susan D’Agostino is a graduate of Salve Regina College and received a Master of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University.
Prior to joining Connecticut Medical Group in 1999, Susan D’Agostino was a member of the Yale-New Haven Hospital Emergency Department nursing staff for many years.
Susan D’Agostino is board certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by both the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a Clinical Instructor for Yale University School of Nursing, Sacred Heart University and Southern Connecticut State University. She has been a member of the Connecticut Nurse Practitioner Group and the Sigma Theta-Tau, Mu Chi Chapter.
