We accept most major medical insurance plans. Please make sure you bring your current insurance information and insurance card every time you come to visit our offices.
Medical insurance can seem complicated. Please feel free to ask questions. Our staff is happy to help you understand your insurance coverage.
Our central billing office submits most bills directly to your insurance company. Co-payments and charges for non-insurance covered services are due at the time of the visit. You will receive a monthly statement that updates the status of your account.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as well as your personal check.
